SCg Shoe Co. was born from necessity and passion. In 1999, after a skatepark crash exposed the shortcomings of traditional skate shoes for BMX riding, founder Steven Caro envisioned a better solution. Drawing from his architectural background, he designed a shoe tailored specifically for riders. This vision led to the creation of SCg, the first rider-owned and operated shoe company in the BMX world.
