# How EPOS Can Help Bicycle Shops Grow Sales (Without Working Harder)

Running a bike shop isn’t easy. Between juggling suppliers, managing workshop bookings, and helping customers find the right fit, it’s easy to overlook tools that can actually *boost* sales—like your EPOS system.

A good EPOS isn’t just a till—it’s a sales machine. Here’s how using EPOS properly can increase sales and streamline your entire shop.

### 1. **Know What Sells (And What Doesn’t)**

Your EPOS tracks every transaction. That data is gold. Instead of guessing what stock to reorder, you can:

- See bestsellers by category, brand, or season
- Identify slow-moving items before they tie up cash
- Adjust your product mix based on real customer behaviour

This means smarter buying and fewer clearance sales.
